I decided to start putting this blog together because I had spent a lot of time looking out for group fitness ideas and programs – over the internet and locally – and I think there are just so many great examples of how to do it right.

I believe in exercising outdoors over inside gyms and the like – it is more fun for a start, with others in the group motivating you and encouraging you (as well as the instructors) and a steady and constant change in exercises over the course of any session.

Because no 2 groups – or 2 sessions – are the same, the trainers can tailor and tweak each lesson for whoever is present, and so the fitness programs always seem fresh!
